Wasabi Ginger Edamame
1 tsp wasabi powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/3 cup frozen edamame shelled
1. Mix together wasabi powder, ground ginger, and sea salt in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Fill a small saucepan with water and place over high heat. Add edamame and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain. Toss edamame with seasoning until evenly coated.
