Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, frozen
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup (you could also substitute with cream of mushroom soup)
1 container fat free sour cream (16 oz)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1. Place frozen chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker.
2. Mix the other ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour it over the chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
