Roasted Herb Potatoes
12 oz creamer potatoe (you can substitute with other small potatoes)
1/2 cup chicken broth divided
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper ground
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
2. Combine potatoes, 1/4 cup chicken broth, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small roasting pan.
3. Roast potatoes for 15 minutes. Remove pan from the oven, turn the potatoes over, and add remaining 1/4 cup chicken broth. Return to the oven and roast for 15 more minutes.
