Skinny Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 tbsp butter softened
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg white large
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, cream butter, oil, and brown sugar together. Add vanilla extract, salt, and egg white. Mix thoroughly.
3. Mix flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and stir to distribute evenly.
4. Drop dough by rounded half teaspoons on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake cookies for 4-6 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
