Matcha Green Tea Latte
1 tsp matcha ceremony grade
1.5 oz hot water
3/4 cup almond milk
1. Sift the matcha into a bowl and pour the hot water over the powder. Make sure the water is hot but not boiling.
2. Whisk the powder and water until frothy and the matcha is dissolved.
4. Pour the almond milk over the ice and then pour the matcha over the almond milk. Sweeten with a tsp of coconut sugar, if desired.
This beverage can be made hot. The best way to do this is to heat the almond milk and place in a blender with the dissolved matcha and blend until frothy to make a hot matcha latte!
