Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 lemon zested, juiced
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1. On a large plate, combine lemon pepper seasoning with flour. Pat chicken dry and coat with flour mixture. Heat butter in a large skillet, add chicken, and brown for about 3 minutes per side.
2. Mix together lemon zest and juice with broth. Pour over chicken, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Remove lid and cook for another 5 minutes or until juices run clear.
