You hear it all the time…cooking from home is one of the best things you can do for your health and your waistline. But sometimes it feels like a huge chore when you get home from work and you’re tired and hungry and all you want to do is get a pizza and sit in front of the T.V. Healthy cooking doesn’t have to be hard! With all the resources we have at our disposal these days, we can utilize a few of these nifty tools to help make it as easy as possible to cook delicious meals at home to help you trim down.
1. Kale and Herb Stripper
Ok, I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one who finds it so impossibly annoying to pluck off each kale leaf to avoid cooking the tough grainy stem.
