3 oz lime juice
6 oz vodka (optional)

1. Cut or scoop the watermelon into chunks and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen solid.
2. Place the watermelon, lime juice and vodka (optional) in a blender and blend until smooth (this may have to be done in batches).
