Spicy Baked Shrimp
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
cooking spray olive oil flavored
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2. Coat an 11 x 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Add lemon juice, honey, dried parsley, creole seasoning, olive oil, and soy sauce to dish and stir well to combine. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
4. Bake for 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
