Kale Mango Superfood Smoothie Bowl
1 cup kale
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen mango
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 small avocado
1/2 lemon juiced
1 heaped tsp matcha
1/3 cup almond milk
4 ice cubes
TOPPINGS (optional)
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1/4 pear thinly sliced
1 tbsp rolled oats
4 blackberries
1. Blend kale, banana, chia seeds, avocado, lemon juice, matcha, almond milk and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Spoon 4 lines of greek yogurt on the surface of the bowl. Wave a chopstick through the 4 lines to create the leaf pattern.
3. Top with the pear, blackberries and rolled oats. Enjoy!
