Easy Jalapeno Chicken
1/3 cup steak sauce
1/3 cup jalapeno jelly
2 tbsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halved
1. Combine steak sauce, jalapeno jelly, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a large, heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, seal the bag, and shake until the chicken is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning the bag occasionally.
2. Remove chicken from the bag and discard marinade. Coat a grill rack with cooking spray and place over medium-hot coals about 350-400 degrees F (175-200 degrees C). Put chicken on the rack and grill, covered, for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
