Greek Salad in Mason Jar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano fresh or dried
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in halves
1/2 cup orange pepper diced
1/2 cup yellow pepper diced
1/4 cup red onion finely diced
1/2 cup cucumber diced
5 kalamata olives cut in halves
1/3 cup chicken cooked and diced
1 1/2 tbsp feta
1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and oregano in the bottom of jar and stir until incorporated.
2. Add the remaining ingredients in layers in the order listed above to the jar. Enjoy!
