Fresh 3-Ingredient Pineapple Sorbet
1 pineapple whole
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tbsp honey
1. Cut off the top of the pineapple 1/2 an inch from the bottom of the stem. Using a pineapple corer or a spoon, scoop out the flesh from the pineapple and freeze until solid (about 2 hours).
2. Add the pineapple, lemon juice and honey in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
3. If it is still runny, you can freeze until desired consistency is reached. Spoon back into the pineapple and serve immediately.
