Skinny Cheese Twists
1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
10 oz canned pizza dough refrigerated
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
2. Combine parmesan cheese, paprika, and ground red pepper in a small bowl, mix well, and set aside. Roll out pizza dough into a 12 x 8 inch rectangle. Lightly coat the surface of dough with cooking spray and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese mixture.
3. Fold the dough in half to form an 8 x 6 inch rectangle. Lightly coat the surface of dough with cooking spray and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Lightly press the cheese mixture into dough.
4. Cut the dough into 16 eight inch long strips. Gently pick up both ends of each strip and twist the dough. Place the twisted strips of dough 1/2 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 8 minutes or until the twists are lightly browned. Remove and let cool on wire racks.
