Blender Banana Oat Mug Muffins

Ingredients

1 banana very ripe
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Directions

1. Pre-heat the oven oven to 400°F.
2. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into muffin molds until they are 3/4 full and add some of the chocolate chips to each of the muffins. Alternatively you can use blueberries or nuts.
4. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
