Beet and Strawberry Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup beets raw or cooked
1 small peach
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
TOPPINGS (optional)
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp rolled oats
5 frozen raspberries
2 tbsp kiwi diced

Directions

1. Combine beets, peach, raspberries, protein powder, maca, lemon juice, ginger, almond milk and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Dollop the greek yogurt in a circle in the bowl. Run a chopstick or skewer through each of the circles to create the hearts.
3. Top with the rolled oats, raspberries and kiwi.
