DIY Beet Berry Immune Boosting Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 1/2 inch nub ginger peeled
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 beet peeled
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup water
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
